Leveraging your extensive partner management experience, you will orchestrate demand creation, co-sell campaigns, and joint go-to-market efforts that propel both your partners and the organization forward.

Required Skills:

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in partner management or partnership development at a top-tier technology or market-leading company
  • Expertise in designing and executing structured joint campaigns and GTM strategies
  • Strong portfolio management with a history of building and prioritizing strategic partner relationships
  • Exceptional operational discipline including KPI tracking, CRM hygiene, and governance adherence
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and solutions teams
  • Deep understanding of partner-sourced pipeline dynamics and demand creation tactics
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with agility and decisiveness
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for data-driven decision-making

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience managing partnership programs within the AI/data landscape or hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Advanced knowledge of partner-specific solution IP, accelerators, and co-sell mechanisms
  • Background in industry verticals such as enterprise, finance, or healthcare
  • Certifications related to partner management or GTM strategy

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of direct experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem alliances
  • Demonstrated success in generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

  • Remote work environment with occasional travel as needed
  • Willingness to operate at a fast pace, contributing to building scalable partner motion processes
  • Strong focus on outcomes, accountability, and strategic thinking in partner ecosystem growth
