Join our team as a Social Media Data Analyst and be at the forefront of shaping brand narratives through data-driven insights. In this dynamic role, you'll transform raw social and consumer data into clear, decision-ready insights that influence content, branding, and business strategies. Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages, with the ability to build and troubleshoot complex data queries
  • Strong experience in social media analytics, consumer insights, or marketing analytics
  • Deep familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms, preferably Sprinklr
  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and sentiment/text analytics
  • Excellent storytelling abilities to present complex data insights clearly and persuasively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards and self-serve reporting tools
  • Ability to proactively identify insights and storylines beyond routine reporting
  • Comfort in partnering with social media managers, agency teams, and senior leadership
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, Meta, YouTube, and Threads

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in social media data analysis or a related field
  • Proven track record of building VOC reports and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or related disciplines

Other Requirements:

  • Hybrid work environment in Mountain View (3 days a week onsite)
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in data collection and reporting processes
