Sourcing Manager - Technology

Ready to lead strategic technology sourcing for a dynamic SaaS organization? This remote, six-month contract opportunity offers an exciting chance to influence procurement strategies for enterprise-level platforms and foster impactful vendor relationships. As a key driver in maximizing value and reducing risk, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative category management plans and execute high-stakes sourcing events. Your expertise will ensure cost savings, quality improvements, and compliance across complex technology contracts.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing within technology environments
  • Proven success negotiating enterprise-level contracts for major tech companies (e.g., OpenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Strong background in strategic procurement, category management, and supplier negotiations
  • Proficiency with eSourcing tools (e.g., Workday Sourcing, Levelpath), spend analytics, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Experience managing complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle or similar P2P systems
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) and/or procurement certifications (CPSM, CIPS, CSP)
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement workflow tools and data analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives for enterprise technology contracts

Other Requirements:

  • This position is fully remote, with no travel required
  • Candidates should have prior experience with high-stakes negotiations and vendor management in a fast-paced tech environment
