Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and use tax filings with efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with various teams on tax compliance requests
- Support general ledger (GL) tasks and assist with month-end close processes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and use tax compliance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams
- Capable of jumping into tasks immediately with minimal training
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in high-growth or public company environments
- Familiarity with accounting software and tax compliance tools
- Prior experience in fast-paced, innovative tech companies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with sales and use tax focus

- Flexible to work 15-25 hours weekly, with potential to scale up to 40 hours
