? About the Role:
As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of managing revenue accounting for corporate credit and charge card transactions. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Accounting, you'll play a vital role in executing a high-volume, fast-paced month-end close process, maintaining SOX compliance, and ensuring our financial systems operate seamlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical skills and make a tangible difference in the finance function of a rapidly expanding SaaS platform.
? Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, including CSV imports, sub-ledgers, GL review, and report extraction
- Hands-on experience managing month-end close workflows with FloQast
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, especially journal entries, GL, and revenue processes
- Proven SOX compliance documentation experience—audit-ready records and evidence tracking
- Ability to manage high-volume journal entries (60+ JEs in 4 days or less) with accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent task management skills in a remote work environment
? Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with ThoughtSpot or similar reporting analytics tools
- Familiarity with Stripe or Adient platforms
- Previous experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards and policies
? Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Prior experience working with SOX compliance and audit processes
? Other Requirements:
- Location: Remote, preferably aligning with Central or East Coast hours (Dallas-based Revenue team sits in Central time)
- Availability for interviews on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Billing rate: Up to $115-130/hr (based on location and hours), with potential adjustments for remote candidates
- Start Date: Mid-August
- Duration: 3 months (through October, possible extension to mid-November)
