This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a forward-thinking marketing and technology services company, supporting critical financial processes and driving efficiency across the organization.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of month-end closings, ensuring accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses. Your involvement in supporting audit and tax preparations, developing process improvements, and managing key accounting systems like NetSuite will be essential to our success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong audit experience, currently supporting audits with firms such as PWC
  • Solid accounting background with extensive GL knowledge
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial tools like bill.com, Expensify, and G Suite
  • Experience reviewing and approving AP and payments
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent worker

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Payroll experience
  • ERP implementation knowledge, especially with NetSuite
  • Additional experience with process improvement initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years in accounting or financial management roles, with direct experience managing month-end close and audit processes

Other Requirements:

  • Must be fully remote with reliable internet connectivity
  • Ability to start immediately and accommodate a 6+ month engagement
  • Experience working with international systems and compliance is advantageous
