Sr. Analyst, US Payroll

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with US payroll processing, particularly in Workday Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, W-2 preparation, 401(k) audits, and 941 reconciliations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
  • Proficiency in Gsheets and general payroll systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with ad hoc projects or cross-functional financial tasks
  • Previous exposure to open enrollment periods and audit support
  • Familiarity with other payroll or HRIS systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within a tech or high-growth environment

Other Requirements:

  • Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days/week in the SF office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a Bay Area-based organization is a plus
