Sr. Analyst, US Payroll

Required Skills:
- Proven experience with US payroll processing, particularly in Workday Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, W-2 preparation, 401(k) audits, and 941 reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
- Proficiency in Gsheets and general payroll systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ad hoc projects or cross-functional financial tasks
- Previous exposure to open enrollment periods and audit support
- Familiarity with other payroll or HRIS systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within a tech or high-growth environment
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days/week in the SF office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Prior experience in a similar role within a Bay Area-based organization is a plus
