About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in AI/Tech, is looking for a skilled Senior Systems Business Analyst / Integrations Engineer
to join their team for an 8+ month engagement. This project involves leading a major systems transformation and integration effort across finance, revenue, and operational tools to support the company’s rapid growth. This is a high-impact contract role requiring a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running, deliver results quickly, and act as a hands-on technical and functional partner to Finance and Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- System Implementation & Integration:
Lead the implementation and optimization of key business systems, including:
- Leading the implementation of a Contract-to-Cash (C2C) solution (e.g., Tabs).
- Leading the upgrade and optimization of Ramp, with a specific focus on robust integrations.
- Supporting Sales Tax (Anrok/Avalara), Sales Commission (Everstage), and FP&A (Pigment) implementation efforts.
- Acting as a supporting systems resource for Salesforce (SFDC) implementation, configuration, testing, and integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Sales, and external vendors to:
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and implementation plans.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), comprehensive documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
- Business Intelligence (Nice to Have): Support dashboard creation, reporting, and ad hoc analysis to ensure data accuracy and support leadership decision-making.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Deep expertise in supporting finance and revenue systems implementations, particularly with system integrations. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Must-Have Hands-on Experience: Expertise with Ramp integrations and supporting Salesforce (SFDC) implementation and integrations.
- Experience with systems such as Contract-to-Cash tools (Tabs), Sales Tax tools (Anrok, Avalara), and FP&A tools (Pigment preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- A strong "start up mindset" – helpful, flexible, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
