Senior Financial Analyst (SF Hybrid, 4-Month Contract)

Join an innovative team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and drive revenue growth. This high-impact, visible role is perfect for a finance professional with a passion for data, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Located in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, you'll partner closely with sales, revenue operations, and executive leadership to develop insights that shape the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams on budgeting, forecasting, and detailed performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and dashboards to monitor business performance.
  • Provide actionable insights regarding pipeline, bookings, and revenue metrics.
  • Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and the monthly close process.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives including pricing strategies and product launches.
  • Cross-functionally work with FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Accounting to optimize processes.
  • Analyze key business drivers and communicate findings to varied audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, Sales/Revenue Finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Proven expertise with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS, technology sectors, or AdTech.
  • Knowledge of pipeline analysis, bookings forecasting, and headcount planning.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau.
  • Background in pricing strategy or go-to-market finance.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 3 years in a fast-paced financial analysis or FP&A environment, ideally within SaaS or tech industries.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid onsite role in San Francisco, starting 11/2/2026, and concluding 3/5/2027.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with financial systems and automation solutions is a plus.
