Senior Manager, IT - People & Legal
Position Overview:

With a collaborative, process-driven approach, you will support rapid employee growth, streamline legal operations, and implement innovative system solutions that drive organizational success.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager supporting HR, Legal, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Hands-on administration or configuration experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse
- Proven expertise implementing or managing CLM platforms (Malbek, Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or similar)
- Strong process analysis skills, including discovery, workflow mapping, and translating complex business rules into technical configurations
- Ability to manage project plans, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively
- Experience ensuring data quality and stable integrations with AI platforms such as Moveworks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Industry experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals within a regulated environment
- Familiarity with AI integration and enterprise data management
- Experience with change management in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years' experience supporting enterprise HR and Legal systems, with a solid track record in project and system management
Other Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco/Bay Area; on-site presence required 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams and vendors
- Experience working in regulated environments such as biotech or pharma is preferred
