Sr. Payroll Specialist

This part-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in multi-state payroll processing and ADP Workforce Now (WFN), with potential for increased hours and ongoing engagement. Role Overview:
As a Sr. Payroll Specialist, you will manage complex multi-state payroll functions, ensuring precise and timely processing in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Your expertise will help support the company's commitment to excellence in payroll administration, while you collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ideally within a PEO environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, accurate, and efficient work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of stock and equity payroll processes
  • Previous experience working for a public company
  • Experience with payroll in a high-growth or tech environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior payroll experience in a corporate or public company setting
  • Demonstrated success in payroll administration and compliance

Other Requirements:

  • Onsite presence required, Monday through Friday, approximately 5 hours per day (with potential for increase)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative approach
