Senior Payroll Specialist (Part-Time)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle, multi-state payroll for approximately 60 employees across multiple states
- Strong proficiency with UKG (Ultipro), ADP, or similar payroll platforms
- Hands-on experience processing RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) and ESPPs (Employee Stock Purchase Plans)
- Expertise in 401(k) administration and reporting, specifically with Franklin Templeton
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work Pacific Time hours during scheduled payroll processing days
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency due to federal regulations in the aerospace sector
- Experience working within a public company environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of UKG Ready and NetSuite
- Experience establishing payroll operations in new states
- Familiarity with ad-hoc payroll and accounting projects
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration within a multi-state, public company setting

- This position is fully remote, requiring access to a reliable internet connection
- Must be available to work approximately 10 hours weekly, with flexibility based on payroll calendar fluctuations
