Senior Program Manager

Join a dynamic organization as a Senior Program Manager, where you will lead transformative initiatives at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence strategic change across the CFO organization, collaborating closely with finance, accounting, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies and orchestrate complex projects from initiation to successful completion. Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in technology sectors, blending consulting and industry roles, with a strong foundation in project management for system implementations and large-scale transformations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver results
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including tax, financial systems, and internal controls within a global tech company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven, problem-solving, with a proactive and action-oriented mindset
  • Capable of working effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and managing changing priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in financial planning, change management, and operational transformation
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and transformation playbooks
  • Ability to create executive-level deliverables such as business cases, presentations, and decision memos

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • MBA or similar degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certifications are a plus
  • Military experience or equivalent alternative that demonstrates relevant skills

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite (T/W/Th); flexibility is being explored
  • Duration: Approximately 3 months with potential extension
  • Ability to support stakeholders across tax, operations, RevOps, and controllership functions
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats and drive change across organizational boundaries
