About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Mechanical Engineering and Building Systems Consulting, is looking for a skilled  Sr. Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer to join their team for a Full-Time engagement. This project involves leading complex MEP mechanical projects from concept through construction while managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead mechanical engineering projects from proposal through project closeout.
  • Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record and review, sign, and stamp drawings in the State of Ohio.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews and establish internal engineering standards.

  • Experience with project management (budgeting, scheduling, scope control) and strong knowledge of Ohio building codes and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
