If you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision meets innovation and enjoy uniting cross-functional teams towards ambitious goals, this is your moment to make a significant difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to launch new manufacturing lines for high-volume battery production.

  • Develop, manage, and communicate detailed schedules for all phases—process development, validation, equipment fabrication, FAT, shipping, SAT, and SOP.
  • Prepare comprehensive project updates and reports for executive leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Track project milestones, equipment readiness, and costs, continually driving process improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to program challenges, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in engineering and project management within high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at managing conflicting priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and large-scale program execution.
  • Strong background in manufacturing process development and new product introduction.
  • Degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with automation and complex manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Prior involvement in scaling manufacturing operations or leading global teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, program management, or related roles, particularly within high-volume production settings.

Other Requirements:

  • This role is primarily onsite with a dynamic manufacturing environment but may include flexible work arrangements based on project needs.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and teams.
  • A passion for innovation and sustainability, with a drive to push technological and operational boundaries.

This is an extraordinary chance to contribute to cutting-edge battery manufacturing innovation and join a team dedicated to transforming the energy landscape.
