Supplier Management Senior Specialist (Contractor – L4)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing supplier onboarding processes, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
- Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to review and verify completeness and correctness of onboarding requests
- Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows
- Solid understanding of procurement policies, supplier documentation, and compliance standards
- Ability to identify duplicate or conflicting supplier records and resolve discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills to track requests, manage aging items, and ensure timely completion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working with Zip or similar supplier onboarding platforms
- Knowledge of banking, tax, and legal documentation requirements
- Experience in process optimization and implementing scalable solutions
- Familiarity with data management and validation tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in supplier onboarding, data management, or procurement support roles
Other Requirements:
- This position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and remote)
- W2 employment only; C2C is not applicable
- Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity throughout onboarding processes
