Supply Chain Technology Operations Manager

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain technology with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA SCM (MM, WM, PP, etc.)
- Proven expertise managing integrations across multiple platforms such as EDI, 3PL, and logistics solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business language
- Solid understanding of supply chain process optimization and digital transformation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10–15% as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain certification
- Experience with TrueCommerce, advanced WMS/TMS, and demand planning tools
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA SCM modules
Other Requirements:
- This position is remote, with occasional travel (up to 15%) within the United States
- Demonstrated ability to govern complex technological landscapes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
