Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations and Enablement Specialist

Overview:
Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for orchestrating seamless talent acquisition operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Operations and Enablement Specialist to lead critical aspects of our global ATS transformation project. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in TA operations, HR systems, and process optimization to drive efficiency, ensure smooth implementation, and empower our talent teams worldwide. Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Enablement, or HR Operations
  • Proven experience supporting or leading Workday Recruiting implementations
  • Exposure to HiredScore or Paradox is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including data visualization, presentations, and storytelling
  • Strong ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to operate with ownership, adaptability, and simplicity in mind
  • Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow documentation
  • Skilled in testing, UAT, change management, and training in system implementations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with BrightHire or similar talent engagement platforms
  • Knowledge of automation and process simplification techniques
  • Familiarity with using AI and tech tools to enhance recruiting workflows
  • Strong communication skills tailored for executive and stakeholder presentations

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior involvement in large-scale ATS and system transformation projects
  • Demonstrated success in hybrid recruiting and operational roles, with a focus on system management and process improvement

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work setup; open to candidates in any time zone
  • Willingness to contribute to testing, functional decisions, and stakeholder training
  • Able to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and project demands
  • This position is W2 only, requiring compliance with our company's employment policies
