Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset, including Excel for tracking candidate pipeline
- 1+ years corporate Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience
- ATS system experience, ideally Fieldglass
- Experience with drafting offer letters
- Experience managing the background check process
- Experience supporting hiring for distribution centers
- Experience with new hire setup
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is a high-volume support role focused on facilitating the hourly hiring process for Distribution Centers. Acting as a critical liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR partners, the specialist manages the full logistical lifecycle of recruitment—from scheduling interviews and drafting offer letters to overseeing background checks and maintaining meticulous records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). To be successful, candidates must be resourceful problem-solvers who can navigate a fast-paced environment, managing upwards of 100+ candidates weekly while maintaining a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to the brand.
