Talent Development Manager

Join us as a Talent Development Manager and become the driving force behind the strategic employee onboarding and talent development initiatives that shape a thriving workplace culture. In this critical role, you will own and elevate our New Hire Orientation programs, craft insightful measurement strategies, and collaborate with global teams to deliver engaging learning events—making a tangible impact on employee engagement and organizational success.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR programs
  • Strong data management and analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as G-suite and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with LMS platforms, particularly Docebo, and familiarity with Qualtrics, Jira, Confluence, and Workday is preferred
  • Ability to design learner-centered programs and translate feedback into actionable insights
  • Highly AI-literate, with the capacity to incorporate cutting-edge AI practices into talent development initiatives

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Google Gemini or Claude Co-work
  • Advanced skills in event planning and production for learning programs
  • Past experience in talent inclusion measurement and survey administration

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in designing and owning employee onboarding, engagement, or talent development programs

Other Requirements:

  • This position is hybrid, based in Palo Alto, CA, with an emphasis on in-person interaction for Day 1 New Hire Orientation
  • Ability to work closely with HRBPs, People Partners, and senior leaders
  • Active engagement in continuous learning and applying AI literacy to support organizational goals
