Technical Product Manager, Post-Sale

Join a dynamic team leading the charge in post-sale product execution within a rapidly evolving SaaS environment. As a Technical Product Manager focused on Post-Sale operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding, professional services delivery, and pipeline expansion—driving customer success from initial onboarding through long-term growth. This is a contract opportunity, fully remote within the US, with an initial duration of approximately six months aligned with a major merger launch.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and refine product and process requirements for post-sale workstreams, including Professional Services, Customer Onboarding, and Expansion Pipeline Management.
  • Ensure customer continuity at launch and develop long-term operating models to support ongoing growth.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, primarily working within Salesforce and Rocketlane (or similar PSA/onboarding tools).
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Deep domain expertise in SaaS customer onboarding, Professional Services delivery, and expansion pipeline management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, data integration, and workflow processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in agile environments, including user stories, backlog grooming, and testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Rocketlane or similar onboarding and PSA tools such as Gainsight or Taskray.
  • Additional familiarity with integration projects and data flow management.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Prior experience in SaaS companies with a focus on customer onboarding and post-sales processes.

Other Requirements:

  • This role is fully remote within the US.
  • Availability for an approximately 6-month engagement, starting February 1, with an emphasis on transition and long-term roadmap planning.
  • Prior experience working on merger or integration projects is a plus.

This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, tech-savvy product leader with a passion for customer success and cross-functional collaboration.
