About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the Global Technology industry, is looking for a skilled  Senior Manager/Director, HR Technology Programs  to join their team for a contract engagement. This project involves driving complex, global programs at the intersection of HR, technology, and digital transformation to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across their HR technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead enterprise-scale HR technology programs ensuring alignment to business priorities, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • Act as a senior program leader for HR digital transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, sequencing, dependency management, and executive communications.
  • Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to coordinate delivery across complex, interdependent workstreams.
  • Provide strategic oversight of Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, with specific focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management.
  • Translate business and HR needs into clear program plans, milestones, and success measures.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in senior-level program or portfolio management, ideally within HR Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and HR domain expertise. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Experience with leading through complexity, ambiguity, and change, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
