Technical Program Manager
Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the day-to-day operations of a centralized program management function, ensuring seamless issue resolution and stakeholder alignment across multiple locations and teams. Your expertise will bridge technical intricacies with business needs, playing a vital role in enhancing customer success and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience, ideally with SaaS integrations, APIs, or platform products
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Jira tickets, logs, and technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and systems of record in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues into clear, non-technical language for diverse stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product teams, and business units
- Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Engineer
- Familiarity with accounting or practice management software and the accounting firm ecosystem
- Experience with tracking and dashboard tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Background supporting escalation or partner-success functions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field highly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, SaaS, or integrations
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work environment; locations include Dallas, NY, Mountain View, SD, Atlanta, NC, and Tucson
- Ability to start ASAP for a contract duration of 6+ months
