Technical Program Manager

Overview:
Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Technical Program Manager, guiding complex projects that drive technological excellence and business growth. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across diverse departments—including Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, and IT—to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives. Your strategic oversight and leadership will be vital in translating technical visions into tangible results, making a tangible difference in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in program or project management within the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise and a focus on delivering results

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends and industry standards
  • Certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster, SAFe)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, especially in tech or software development environments

Other Requirements:

  • Location flexibility with options for hybrid, on-site, or remote work, primarily in Seattle, WA, or San Francisco, CA
  • Availability to start on 09/28/2026, with contract duration through 12/31/2026
  • Ability to coordinate with international teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
