About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the financial services sector, is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in program and project management, a strong understanding of DWX technology, and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 stack, AV/Zoom, and enterprise voice solutions. This role is critical for driving strategic projects, ensuring accountability, and delivering measurable results in alignment with business objectives, particularly within the finance or insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive accountability by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Oversee integration and deployment of DWX technology solutions, including Microsoft 365, AV/Zoom, and enterprise voice platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and operational excellence.
  • Implement and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices in accordance with industry standards (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Manage change control, scope management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial, insurance, and data protection regulations.
  • Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) preferred.
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience in finance, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects involving DWX, Microsoft 365, AV/Zoom, and enterprise voice solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results and hold teams accountable.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including hands-on use of related tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and data security standards in financial services.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience with cloud migration, digital transformation, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
