Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing complex vehicle testing or related QA testing.
  • Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence or Azure DevOps for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of QA testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and safety-first attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suites.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively across departments.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Coding experience in Python or other high-level languages.
  • Familiarity with communication busses such as CAN, Ethernet, or similar.
  • Experience with scripting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with issue reporting tools and data analysis software.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in vehicle testing, QA, or automotive environments.

Other Requirements:

  • This position is onsite in Foster City, CA, requiring 5 days per week presence.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends, as operational demands dictate.
  • Ability to execute software/hardware configurations, support vehicle operations, and analyze vehicle logs.
  • Willingness to work in a safety-critical, collaborative setting focused on innovative autonomous solutions.
