Trade Compliance Analyst

Join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge global trade operations in a critical role that ensures seamless international shipments and compliance excellence. As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a vital part in managing import and export procedures across multiple regions, working closely with logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal teams to maintain compliance, optimize processes, and support international shipments of hardware, marketing materials, and other goods.

Required Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in trade compliance, international trade operations, customs, logistics, or import/export functions
  • Proven hands-on experience with commercial invoices and international shipping documentation
  • Strong knowledge of HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and export control fundamentals such as ECCN and export licensing
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to independently manage multiple requests, identify missing information, escalate when necessary, and resolve routine documentation issues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and business productivity tools; ERP/GTM experience is a plus
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled tools is desirable

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or logistics providers
  • Knowledge of trade recordkeeping, homologation, certification, and permit tracking
  • Prior exposure to trade compliance projects supporting ERP or supply chain systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience supporting international hardware shipments, including laptops, marketing materials, and returns, is highly valued

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work environment with the ability to coordinate effectively across regions and time zones
  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining SOPs, checklists, and work instructions
  • Willingness to support trade compliance initiatives and contribute to process automation efforts
