Are you passionate about creating dynamic, unforgettable brand experiences? Do your skills in event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution set you apart? We’re seeking a highly skilled Trade Show Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of impactful trade show activations that elevate our brand and generate high-quality leads.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee every aspect of trade show management—from initial concept and logistics to onsite operations and post-event analysis. Your expertise in booth design, logistics, and event technology will play a key role in delivering seamless, engaging experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple events simultaneously, and innovate to maximize impact—while ensuring each activation aligns with strategic marketing goals and brand standards.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on trade show and event management experience
  • Proven ownership from planning to onsite execution and post-show wrap-up
  • Deep expertise in trade show operations including ERC/sponsor portals, booth layouts, logistics, and onsite management
  • Strong project, vendor, and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with event technology platforms, lead retrieval, Salesforce, and KPI/ROI measurement
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, capable of working independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with innovative promotional strategies and activations such as demos, theater sessions, or giveaways
  • Knowledge of broader experiential marketing principles and practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in large-scale event production, trade shows, or experiential marketing

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for onsite event coordination and management
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule to accommodate international and domestic trade shows
  • Valid certifications related to event management are a plus
