Tradeshow Senior Manager

Join us as a Tradeshow Senior Manager and lead the charge in designing and executing high-impact trade shows and branded events that elevate brand presence and fuel pipeline growth on a global scale. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end event programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver polished, memorable experiences that resonate with attendees and internal stakeholders alike. Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale corporate trade shows, third-party conferences, or experiential marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and judgment skills
  • Vendor, budget, and onsite logistics management expertise
  • Proficiency with event and collaboration tools such as Jifflenow, Swoogo, G-Suite, Zoom, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional weekends and extended onsite coverage

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, security, or infrastructure brands
  • Background in global program management with multiple regional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical or complex product messaging into engaging attendee experiences
  • Experience leveraging event data and post-event analytics to optimize future programs

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in managing high-profile, international trade shows and events
  • Relevant experience in fast-growing or tech-driven industries is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • This is a remote position with the expectation of travel for onsite event execution and planning
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and vendors across different regions to ensure flawless execution
  • Confidence in managing budgets and delivering results that align with strategic business goals
