Warehouse Associate

Join a dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations as a Warehouse Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help drive operational success.

Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials, maintaining precise inventory records, and supporting production and shipping activities. Your efforts will ensure materials move efficiently through the supply chain, supporting overall manufacturing excellence. This role is onsite and features a six-month contract with the potential for extension, offering a chance to develop your skills within a reputable organization.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
  • Deep understanding of warehouse organization, inventory management, and material storage best practices
  • Proficiency with ERP, WMS, MRP, or similar inventory systems
  • Proven track record of executing accurate physical and system inventory transactions and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with process improvements using 5S principles
  • Knowledge of inventory replenishment, kitting, and material transfers
  • Capabilities in conducting routine cycle counts and audits

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing or logistics environments, ideally with 5+ years in a warehouse setting

Other Requirements:

  • This position is onsite, requiring physical presence at the facility
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace
