Warehouse Associate

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in ensuring smooth movement and management of materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This onsite opportunity offers a chance to work with cutting-edge processes and contribute to operational excellence in a company dedicated to quality and efficiency. You'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing inventory, all while maintaining rigorous safety and organization standards.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse organization and inventory management practices
  • Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or MRP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate physical and system inventory transactions
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience performing inventory audits and resolving discrepancies
  • Familiarity with FIFO, storage strategies, and material classifications
  • Additional certifications in material handling or safety procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Significant hands-on experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings

Other Requirements:

  • This is an onsite role requiring physical presence at the facility
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Willingness to support inventory movement, material transfers, and shipping activities as needed
