Job Title: Workday Performance Consultant

Required Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Performance module implementation and configuration
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional Workday solutions

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a consultative approach
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in higher education environments (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of broader Workday modules or related HRIS systems
- Familiarity with project scope development, timeline estimation, and cost analysis
- Previous experience collaborating with large implementation teams or consulting firms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., HR, Business, IT)
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct Workday Performance configuration and implementation experience
- Prior consulting background is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Open to 100% remote work with the ability to work primarily within Eastern Time hours
- Availability to begin as soon as possible to meet FY27 project timelines
- Willingness to participate in an interview process with key stakeholders, including management and senior leadership
