Workday System Analyst

Overview:
Join a forward-thinking organization as a Workday System Analyst, where your expertise will play a vital role in optimizing internal HR and financial systems. In this strategic position, you will serve as a key technical resource, managing configurations, processes, and integrations in Workday, ensuring the platform functions seamlessly to support business operations. This remote opportunity offers the chance to collaborate across departments, lead system enhancements, and contribute to impactful projects that drive organizational success.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Recruiting
  • Proficiency in system configuration, security setup, and process automation within Workday
  • Strong understanding of business requirements translation to technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Data Management expertise, including data uploads, audits, and quality assurance across Workday integrations
  • Effective communication skills to support training and documentation efforts
  • Ability to lead or support system implementations and upgrades independently or within cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Workday integrations and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Familiarity with Workday security and role-based access controls
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies related to system rollouts
  • Prior experience supporting HR or finance systems in a similar capacity

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in roles involving Workday administration or systems analysis
  • Prior experience leading or supporting Workday implementations or upgrades

Other Requirements:

  • This position is fully remote, with the flexibility to collaborate across global teams
  • Willingness to support ongoing system enhancements and respond to troubleshooting needs as they arise
  • Certifications related to Workday modules or project management are a plus
