Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or hospitality services in a corporate setting
- Proven ability to manage external vendor services such as janitorial, facilities, and catering
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, workplace ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and event coordination tools
- Experience with employing AI tools and automation solutions to enhance operational workflows
- Ability to monitor and report on workspace metrics, including ticket resolution times and space utilization
Nice to Have Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or corporate operations roles, ideally in fast-paced or tech environments
Other Requirements:
- This position is based onsite in Austin, TX, with an immediate start.
- Must be able to work effectively in person; remote work not available for this role.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with external vendors and internal teams seamlessly.
