Overview:

We are seeking a talented Zip Procurement Orchestration Administrator / Developer to take the helm of our cutting-edge Zip platform, transforming how our organization manages payment workflows from intake to approval. This pivotal role combines technical expertise in API integrations, workflow configuration, and enterprise systems to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient procurement operations. Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, or building workflows within Zip (Zip Intake & Procurement)
  • Proven expertise in developing and maintaining integrations between orchestration platforms and Oracle ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion, EBS, or NetSuite)
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Workato, MuleSoft, or custom scripting in Python/Node.js
  • Deep understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, Oracle chart of accounts (CoA), vendor onboarding, and financial audit workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex policies into automated workflows and API logic
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Security, and Procurement

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with rapid deployment and optimization of dynamic approval workflows in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with other CLM platforms like Ironclad, DocuSign, or LinkSquares
  • Knowledge of security protocols, SSO, role-based access controls, and governance best practices
  • Prior exposure to Agile development and release management processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • Equivalent practical experience in enterprise systems engineering and automation

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work with a preference for candidates aligned with Central Standard Time (CST)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving API payloads, sync issues, and workflow stalls
  • Willingness to participate in testing, validation, and continuous optimization cycles
