Meet Ania McNicholas, DeWinter’s New Business Development Representative

We are thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Ania McNicholas, who recently joined us as a Business Development Representative. With a passion for building strong relationships, Ania is ready to connect with our network and help them navigate their hiring needs with the highest level of service.

Q: Can you tell us a little about your background and experience?

Ania: I’m a lifelong resident of San Jose and a proud Bay Area native. I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations in 2023, where I also had the incredible experience of playing Division I women’s basketball in the Ivy League. I then decided to make the most of my final year of NCAA eligibility and earned my MBA while playing basketball at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in June.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me hanging out with family and friends, traveling the world, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Q: What excites you the most about this role?

Ania: What excites me the most is the opportunity to build real, lasting relationships. I’m passionate about truly understanding what our clients are looking for, not just in terms of skills, but also in culture and fit. I believe the right match can elevate both the company and the candidate, and I’m excited to help make that happen for our clients.

Q: How will you approach connecting new relationships with the right hiring solutions?

Ania: For me, it’s all about communication and customization. Every business is different, especially in the Bay Area where environments evolve much faster, and I’m committed to tailoring our solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. I’ll be reaching out to learn more about their goals and challenges so that we can find the right talent and solutions to help them succeed.
