What Our Employees Have to Say About Working at DeWinter

More important than the statistics, some of our team members shared their first-hand experience of working with DeWinter.

DeWinter is the greatest company I’ve ever been a part of. My coworkers inspire me to rise to new challenges and have a lot of fun together along the way. I truly value the flexible time off and fully remote structure — it allows me to assist clients no matter where I am in the world and provide meaningful support no matter where they’re located. What I love most is being able to help clients solve their biggest hiring challenges while also helping candidates find fulfilling, career-advancing roles. At DeWinter, the sky really is the limit.

I have worked for other staffing agencies, as well as larger tech companies, banking, and healthcare. I can say, far and wide, DeWinter does things differently. I see [our CEO], Derek DeWinter, in person, once a week at a minimum, and he never fails to chat with me, encourage me, and build me up! I see ALL of my leaders weekly, and there is never a time I can't reach out and leverage their guidance. I feel comfortable to be myself at all times. I feel celebrated for wins outside of work. I sincerely hope our amazing company is honored for the phenomenal work they do to make each and every one of us thrive.

I really enjoy and embrace every element of the "work-life balance", not just from hours worked or hours in the office vs. remotely, but how our company structures daily stand-up meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly town halls, etc. I find it's the ideal level of internal communication and interaction while also providing enough time dedicated to what the individual needs to focus their time on. In that same vein, there's little to no micromanagement, which is a big turnoff in many companies.
