JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a consulting basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on a high-visibility project and contribute to our clients’ success
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Use advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze data and streamline processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support annual financial audits.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
- At least 5 years of experience in accountin
- Direct management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- CPA preferred, but not required

PAY RANGE:
$60-$75 per hour
Compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. Our full-time Consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by localities where they reside or work.
