 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to provide essential administrative and logistical support to various teams, program, legal team and corporate back offices among them. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a pre-law student or a proactive college student available for the summer to gain hands-on experience in the legal aid field. Primary responsibilities include managing the daily intake of sensitive information—including collecting, sorting, scanning, and summarizing mail—as well as facilitating staff communication by routing voicemails and maintaining digital and physical filing systems. Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as a field liaison, traveling across the five boroughs to manage court filings and collect vital legal documents. This position requires a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to navigate a professional office environment.
