Role Summary .
We’re looking for an experienced accounting consultant to provide immediate support to our client during a busy period. This individual will be deeply involved in core accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while helping maintain structure and efficiency across the close cycle. The role requires someone comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day general ledger operations, maintaining clean and accurate financial data
- Drive the month-end and quarter-end close cycles, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Manage accounting across multiple international entities, including eliminations and consolidated reporting
- Contribute to short-term cash projections and overall liquidity tracking
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable and senior accounting resources
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
- 6+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility, including team leadership
- Strong background in financial close, reporting, and general ledger management
- Experience handling multi-entity structures and consolidation processes
- Strong proficiency in the NetSuite platform is required
- Experience in technology/software or SaaS organizations highly preferred
