Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Developing Programs: Design, code, test, debug, and document programs based on technical configurations, ensuring that resulting systems will operate efficiently and reliably.
- System Integration and Support: Ensure program designs integrate with other related systems. Support, update, and maintain existing systems in response to business needs and system problems.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with project teams and analysts to design, code, test, and document system changes, as well as to define application requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Identify business needs, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. You may also be tasked with designing system architectures.
- Customer Partnership: Provide a high level of customer service, partnering with end-users in the resolution of problems or in the deployment of new applications.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud development, Java/Spring development, and experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), and both procedural and object-oriented design.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team and partner with end-users.
