Job Type: Contract (Possible Contract-to-Hire)
Contract Length: 6+ Months
Pay Range: $78-93/hr
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite) in Mountain View, CA
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the Clean Energy/Sustainability sector, is looking for a skilled Business Systems Manager to join their team for a 6+ month engagement with a high likelihood of conversion. This project involves owning the strategy, administration, and internal adoption of core enterprise platforms. This is a high-impact role that requires a system architect who can bridge the gap between technical systems and human workflows, empowering Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to master their tech stack.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Platform Administration: Serve as the Primary SysAdmin for the core stack: HubSpot (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), and Atlassian (Jira/JSM), building automated processes like deal routing in HubSpot and revenue recognition in NetSuite.
- Integration & Data Orchestration: Design and monitor robust integrations using tools like Celigo, Workato, or Zapier, and manage EDI protocols (X12, EDIFACT) for automated document exchange.
- Internal Enablement: Develop and lead training programs for departmental power users to drive adoption and optimize JSM portals for operational efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of data truth, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the entire lifecycle from Marketing to Finance.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), and Atlassian (Jira/JSM) in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in system architecture and data flow. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English for non-technical staff.
- Must be able to commute to the Mountain View office 2-3 days per week.
