Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: TBD
Pay Range: $35-50/hr
Target Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – NYC (3 days a week onsite)
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in FinTech, is seeking two skilled Client Success Leads to spearhead the deployment and scaling of their proprietary Syndicated Loan Amendment Voting module. This project involves acting as the bridge between sophisticated market participants (Lenders, Agent Banks) and internal Product Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of digital voting workflows. This is a high-impact, technical client-facing role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Platform Implementation & Onboarding: Orchestrate the technical onboarding of lenders onto the digital voting ecosystem, ensuring correct mapping of legal entities and organizational hierarchies within the platform.
- Lifecycle Management: Facilitate the end-to-end digital voting process, managing complex workflows for consent solicitations, waiver requests, and structural amendments.
- Operational Integrity: Execute real-time troubleshooting of transaction-heavy workflows and perform manual overrides for offline activity to maintain a "Golden Source" record of voting outcomes.
- Workflow Optimization: Monitor real-time platform telemetry to proactively identify latency or friction points and implement immediate operational workarounds.
- Technical Liaison: Translate client-reported bugs or feature gaps into technical requirements for the Product and Dev teams, utilizing JIRA or similar tools for sprint prioritization.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep expertise in Syndicated Loan Operations, specifically the mechanics of Amendment Voting, Consent Fees, and the LSTA/LMA legal frameworks.
- Proven track record managing high-volume, high-notional transaction workflows where 100% accuracy in data recording is mission-critical.
- Experience working within a Financial Technology or Market Infrastructure environment, ideally with exposure to loan-specific systems (e.g., Wall Street Office (WSO), LoanIQ, or S&P Global/IHS Markit).
- Technical troubleshooting ability, including navigating complex SaaS financial platforms and explaining technical API or data-syncing issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and synthesize complex operational roadblocks into concise, actionable briefs for executive stakeholders and institutional clients.
- Must be willing to work off hours and overtime as needed to support critical transactions.
