Compliance Risk Analyst - Junior
6 Month Contract | Hybrid (Marlboro, MA)

Required:

  • Basic to Intermediate Excel Proficiency: Candidates must complete an Excel skills assessment prior to submittal..

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong foundational skills in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to support daily operations.

  • Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder interactions.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A self-starter who demonstrates the strong judgment to ask questions and double-check with the team before acting when unsure.

  • Core Professional Attributes: Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to learn, take direction well, and maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience managing shared team inboxes or handling volume-heavy document intake.

  • Familiarity with database management, file organization, or basic compliance recordkeeping practices.

  • Eagerness to participate in company culture initiatives (eligible for the optional Summer Fridays program).

The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Risk Analyst to join our Product Compliance team. In this junior-level role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to enable the company's compliance with state, federal, and international product laws. You will act as a key coordinator for our Food Compliance Program, ensuring that documentation is meticulously organized and that data integrity is maintained across our internal databases.

Beyond database management, you will be a central point of contact—managing shared team inboxes, routing internal and external communications, and assisting with special projects that directly impact product safety and corporate compliance policies. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player who possesses a strong eye for detail, is eager to learn on the job, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
