Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Statistics, or a similar analytical field.
- 0–3 years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong foundational skills in data management and problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex data pulls and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with PowerBi or similar data visualization tools to enhance automated workflows and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to ideate and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for creating compelling visual stories from raw data.
Beyond data entry, you will be a lead investigator—identifying trends, building automated dashboards, and performing rigorous quality checks to ensure our performance insights are flawless. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can synthesize information from multiple external sources to help tell the story of our business performance to key stakeholders.
