About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Cloud Technology and Data Analytics, is looking for a skilled Digital Media Operations Manager (Budget & Financial Operations)  to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves owning the end-to-end management of digital media budgets, ensuring accuracy across planning, forecasting, and actuals, while partnering closely with media, finance, procurement, and accounting teams. This role is critical to maintaining operational rigor, enabling efficient spend management, and ensuring financial alignment across global programs. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Owning and maintaining all documentation and tracking for planned and actual digital media spend, ensuring alignment across plan of record, forecasts, and actuals.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all budget adjustments (transfers, reallocations, incremental requests), ensuring changes are accurately documented.
  • Partnering with procurement and legal to process SOWs, and with procurement and accounting to set up and manage POs, including tracking spend against commitments.
  • Managing accruals, invoice validation and approvals, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Partnering with finance and accounting to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts, actuals, and pacing insights to stakeholders.
  • Building, maintaining, and continuously improving scalable processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across budget management.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, financial operations, or budget management (digital media experience preferred).
  • Strong experience managing complex budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial workflows.
  • Proven ability to operate across procurement, finance, and accounting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for complex tracking, modeling, and data organization.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly translate financial data into actionable insights and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
