Job Title: End to End Systems Engineer

We are seeking a talented End to End Systems Engineer to lead the systems engineering efforts for innovative vehicle platform deployment and operations. In this critical role, you will act as the technical linchpin for vehicle operational design domains (ODDs), partnering with cross-functional teams to define, document, and validate the core capabilities that drive world-class autonomous mobility solutions. Required Skills:
- 5+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering, with a focus on vehicle, autonomy, or mobility systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
- Proven expertise with requirement management tools such as Polarion, Jama, or Doors
- Experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining operational design domains (ODDs) for vehicle platforms
- Strong understanding of SysML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and Systems of Systems (SoS) engineering principles
- Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and technical collaborations across multiple teams
- Familiarity with agentic AI/LLM tools for requirements authoring and analysis
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within autonomous vehicle or mobility service environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and homologation processes
- Prior experience working with cross-domain teams including Vehicle Systems, Software, and Hardware Engineering
- Familiarity with PLM tools and processes for requirements traceability and validation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s or higher preferred
- At least 5+ years related experience in systems engineering or a similar role in automotive, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors
Other Requirements:
- Onsite in Foster City, CA (5 days per week in the office)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse engineering teams and stakeholders
- This role is offered as W2 only.
- Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion
