About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a skilled EPM Administrator to join their team for a 5-month engagement. This project involves designing, implementing, and operating least-privilege controls across a global endpoint environment. Your primary focus will be the administration and ongoing tuning of Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) policies to reduce administrative risk while ensuring business productivity as part of a targeted project implementation. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the End User Compute team by designing, implementing, and operating least-privilege controls across a global endpoint environment.
- Create, optimize, and deploy CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) policies, including trust policies, privilege elevation rules, application control rules, and behavioral allow/deny logic.
- Analyze application behavior to build least-privilege EPM policies that balance security requirements with end user productivity.
- Troubleshoot packaging failures, installation issues, and conflicts across Windows desktop environments.
- Document packaging standards, EPM policy design decisions, runbooks, and operational procedures.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk EPM policy creation, tuning, and deployment.
- Strong background in Windows and macOS software packaging and scripting (PowerShell required).
- Experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, and JAMF deployment platforms.
- Solid understanding of least privilege, application control, and endpoint hardening concepts.
- Ability to analyze logs, system behavior, and application dependencies to build precise policies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional IT/security teams.
