About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in [global Biotech organization], is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to VP Global Supply Chain  to join their team for a 5+ month engagement. This project involves serving as a trusted extension of the VP, anticipating needs, orchestrating complex global logistics, and driving efficiency using digital tools. This is a high-impact role that requires a polished professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the right-hand; anticipating needs, taking initiative, and creating leverage so the VP Global Supply Chain can focus on critical priorities.
  • Orchestrating complex scheduling, travel, communications, and team preparation with discretion, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Serving as a trusted liaison for the VP Global Supply Chain with senior leaders and external partners, ensuring seamless meeting preparation and execution.
  • Partnering in building and sustaining company culture by supporting offsites, events, and initiatives that strengthen engagement across global sites.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining communications, presentations, and reports with clarity, accuracy, and professional polish.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in complex, global, or high-growth organizations.
  • Deep expertise in complex scheduling and global travel logistics, with a reputation for being proactive and highly attuned to anticipating executive needs. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated success managing interactions with senior leadership teams, combined with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple, shifting priorities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with executive-level poise and polish.
  • Proven fluency with modern digital tools and platforms; comfort guiding others in navigating emerging technologies (including AI) to drive efficiency.
