About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the enterprise technology industry, is looking for a skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This role focuses on assisting Field Marketing Managers and their leaders across three highly strategic segments: Healthcare, SLED (State, Local Government, and Education), and Federal. This project involves assisting with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and day-to-day activities that drive pipeline and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Execution Support: Assist Field Marketing Managers and their leaders in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to segment priorities.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer briefings.
- Marketing Tasks: Support campaign execution tasks such as email sends, list management, asset coordination, and follow-up tracking.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts and timely communication.
- Reporting & Tracking: Track campaign activities and help compile performance reports, including engagement and pipeline metrics.
- Administrative Management: Manage administrative aspects of marketing programs, including calendar coordination, vendor support, and budget tracking.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in marketing, Project Management, and CRM systems.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination (B2B or tech experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, Splash, SmartSheets, Zoom) is a plus.
